Costa Serra is joining forces with Club Vòlei Badalona to support the growth of a sporting project that embodies effort, trust and the future.
At Costa Serra, we believe that insurance is not only about protecting what we have today. It is also about standing alongside people, their projects and everything they want to help grow. That is why we have decided to become the main sponsor of Club Vòlei Badalona for the 2026/27 season.
This agreement reflects the way we understand our work: through proximity, commitment and responsibility towards our community. Grassroots sport is a school of values. It teaches people to work as a team, overcome difficulties, trust others and move forward with perseverance. These are values that also shape the relationship Costa Serra builds every day with its clients and partners.
Club Vòlei Badalona currently has 11 teams and close to one hundred players, from youth development categories through to senior teams. Its progress since it was founded in 2019 demonstrates the strength of a project that has continued to grow with an increasingly broad community committed to volleyball.
From this season onwards, the teams will compete under the name Costa Serra Vòlei Badalona. For our insurance brokerage, this partnership is a tangible way to contribute to the future of sport in the city and support an organisation that offers children, young people and adults opportunities for learning, community and personal growth.
The partnership also looks to the future. The club is working to restore and promote beach volleyball in Badalona by creating an artificial sand facility. This initiative aligns with Costa Serra’s commitment to supporting projects that create new opportunities and strengthen the city’s social and sporting life.
The agreement will be officially presented on 17 October 2026, as part of the Fira de l’Esport de Badalona, at Plaça Pompeu Fabra. It will be a special moment to share this new chapter alongside the president of Club Vòlei Badalona, its teams, their families and everyone who makes the organisation’s growth possible.
For Costa Serra, sponsoring Club Vòlei Badalona means much more than giving visibility to a brand. It means supporting, protecting and driving forward a local project with which we share the same outlook: building trust, caring for people and helping Badalona continue to grow.
