We have an outsourced customer service department, responsible for handling complaints and claims via email at atencioncliente@inade.org, by post to Inade, Atlantic Institute of Insurance, La Pau Street, No. 2, Bajo, 36202 – VIGO (Pontevedra), or through the website inade.org. For more information, you can contact any employeeof the Brokerage, all in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Economy
    Order ECO/734/2004 of March 11.
  5. We have established the processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of May 2016 (DUE), and other applicable legislation.

2. Criteria we use for selecting and comparing insurance products from insurance
entities:

When selecting a specific product for our insured clients, we conduct an analysis of the different insurance contracts available in the market, comparing their coverage, exclusions, the overall terms and conditions, as well as the insurance premiums, selecting those contracts that provide the most appropriate coverage to meet the needs and interests of our clients.

In this analysis, we evaluate, among other factors, the internal processes of the insurance entities in terms of contract signing and management, paying special attention to their procedures for handling claims (assessment, professionalism, response time, financial settlements, etc.).

Through our experience, we independently promote the products of the insurers that best match our clients’ needs. The remuneration we receive from insurance companies in the form of commissions is regulated by a commercial contract (terms and conditions letter).

REALE, SANITAS, SOLUNION, ZURICH.

 

  1. Our relationship with the aforementioned insurance entities is remunerated and consists of a commission on the contracted premium(s).

 

  1. The price of the insurance or premium we offer at the end of the advisory process is guaranteed by the insurance entity under the terms set out in Article 6 of the Insurance Contract Law. Therefore, it will remain as a proposal or insurance offer for fifteen days. We, as mediators, do not directly guarantee the offered premium.

  1. We review and update this information on an annual basis.
